The ZPG vacuum harrow dryer is mainly used for drying pasty materials which are readily exploded and oxidized. The boiling point of solvent is reduced under vacuum condition. Meanwhile, isolated from air, materials won’t be oxidized or deteriorate during drying process.
Heat is transferred to material container via heating medium as hot water or hot oil. In the meantime, materials are agitated by harrow shaft for uniform heating. After drying is completed, emptying valve at the container bottom can be open, and materials will be discharged out of the vacuum harrow dryer under the agitation of harrow shaft.
1. This vacuum rotary dryer adopts large-area end over end heating method, making for high heat efficiency.
2. Water evaporation intensity is extremely high. Usually, it can reach up to 10-15kg/m2·h.
3. The particle entrainment in solvent vapor will be filtered by bag filter, thus leaving no pollution and allowing for high reclamation rate.
4. With specialized agitation system, this vacuum harrow dryer is competent in pulpy and pasty materials drying.
